We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Director to lead our creative team and contribute to the continued success of our Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative creative strategies, leading the creative process and ensuring successful campaigns for our clients.

- – Proven experience as a Creative Director, preferably Art.
- – Excellent portfolio demonstrating creative skills and ability to lead successful projects.
- – In-depth knowledge of design, advertising and communication trends.
- – Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a creative team, promoting collaboration and collective success.
- – Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the internal team.
- – Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
Responsibility

- – Lead the creative team in developing innovative creative concepts for advertising campaigns, digital advertising, social content and more.
- – Collaborate with the account and strategy team to understand client needs and develop effective creative strategies to achieve established goals.
- – Oversee the creative process from conception to final implementation, ensuring consistency and quality at all stages of the project.
- – Ensure that all creative solutions are aligned with the client’s goals and are able to effectively communicate the desired message.
- – Manage and inspire the creative team, providing leadership, feedback, and support to promote professional growth and development.
