To strengthen the Media Business Unit, we are looking for a* Digital Media Specialist.
Join the team that works to manage and organize media planning activities for our clients, with a full funnel approach from awareness to performance.
OutNow interprets these challenges to deliver maximum value to its clients, with the goal of achieving the desired results and making the most of their content.
Requirements

- – Analytical and time management orientation skills
- – Relational, communication, coordination and task management skills
- – Curiosity with respect to the media industry, with a focus on market developments.
- – Proven ability to use the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook
Business Manager, Google Analytics; - – Ability to create, manage, optimize campaigns from awareness to performance

Responsibility

- – Manage the full cycle of advertising campaigns, from strategy to media planning.
- – Use campaign monitoring tools to analyze user behavior, optimizing results.
- – Identify trends and insights through critical and interpretive data analysis to guide decisions based on analytical foundations.
- – Solve complex problems and challenges in the context of media management, providing creative and measurable solutions.
- – Create effective presentations using Power Point and Keynote to communicate strategies and results to clients and team members.
- – Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the integrated communication strategies implemented by the Agency and the Group.Experience with traditional media, such as TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising, is considered an asset.
